We require at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or change an appointment. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice are charged 50% of the scheduled service. For same-day bookings, a minimum of 3 hours' notice is required.
Yes, a $50 deposit is required for all online bookings and is applied to your total on the day of your appointment. For services over 4 hours, such as colour corrections, a $200 deposit is required.
