Cancellations made with **less than 48 hours’ notice** will be charged **50% of the scheduled service(s).**\n\nThis policy also applies if a guest chooses not to proceed with a service **for any reason after the appointment has started.**\n\n**Important:**\n\n* Cancellation fees are charged the same day\n* Fees cannot be applied to a future appointment\n* The cancellation fee must be paid before any service can be rebooked\n\n\nWe recognize that unexpected situations arise.
